These terms cover winterarccontract.com (the "site"), operated by Convee. By using the site or buying from it you agree to them. Questions: support@winterarccontract.com.

Free tools

The contract generator, the online tracker, the printable tracker sheet, wallpapers, partner links and guides are free. They need no account and are provided as they are, without warranty. Your contract and check-ins are kept in your own browser (see the privacy policy); keep a backup if they matter to you.

The Winter Arc printable pack

The printable pack is an optional digital product: a set of fill-in PDF pages (US Letter and A4) for planning, journaling and reviewing a 90-day Winter Arc. The price is US$5, paid once; it is not a subscription. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout. You get a download link right after payment and can download again from the download page with your purchase email and receipt.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your payment, receipt and card statement come from Paddle, under the Paddle buyer terms.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed. See the refund policy. A refunded purchase can no longer be downloaded.

Using the files

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to download, print and copy the pack for your own use and your household, as many times as you like. You may not resell, share for download, or redistribute the files, or present them as your own product. Teachers and coaches who want to hand out copies, please email us first.

No advice or guarantee

The site and the pack are tools for planning and tracking habits. They are not medical, fitness, nutrition or mental health advice. Check with a professional before starting a new training or diet routine. We do not promise any particular result.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the site or the pack is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; the terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase.
