Refund Policy

Everything on winterarccontract.com is free except the optional Winter Arc printable pack (US$5, one-time). This policy covers that purchase.

14-day refund, no questions asked

If the pack is not right for you, email support@winterarccontract.com within 14 days of purchase from the address you paid with, and include the transaction ID or invoice number from your Paddle receipt. We will refund the full amount. No reason is needed.

You can also reply to your Paddle receipt or use the Paddle help link in it: Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, handles payments and returns.

What happens next

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Once a refund is made, the download link and the re-download option stop working for that purchase.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, your statutory rights also apply. Please contact us before opening a chargeback; we can usually sort out a problem faster by email.
